Story Line:
2010. Colombia. The ever-precarious situation in Bogota explodes. A fragile cease-fire between guerrilla groups and the right-wing paramilitaries collapses in a flurry of gunfire and car bombings. Colombian intelligence, working with its Cuban counterpart, has discovered that the driving force behind the new wave of violence is the MFLC (Movimiento de las Fuerzas Libres Colombianas), a paramilitary movement financed by drug cartels.
